August is Psoriasis Awareness Month and the National Psoriasis Foundation is challenging YOU to take their Wellness Challenge to celebrate. Follow the NPF on Facebook and Twitter for your daily wellness challenge, and connect with others who are walking the wellness talk.
In addition to the Wellness Challenge, there are some awesome events planned to raise awareness:
August 6 @ 2pm EDT – Twitter Chat with Jonathan Scott
As an offensive tackle for the Atlanta Falcons, Jonathan Scott is as tough as they come. And he’s used that competitive spirit to tackle the challenge of coping with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. He’s partnering with the NPF and Leo Pharma to launch a Youth Ambassador program and he’ll be on Twitter talking to us today. Jonathan will share how he stays healthy with psoriasis, give his wellness tips and talk about simple steps you can take to get healthy with our Psoriasis Awareness Month Wellness Challenge.
